Privacy Policy

CRE8T1V3, LLC is the data controller for information collected through this site. We are a design studio based in Baltimore, Maryland.

Information you give us. When you complete the project diagnostic or contact the studio, we collect the details you enter — your contact name, business or project name, email address, project goal, selected challenges, timeline and budget range, and any notes you add.

Information collected automatically. If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics to record basic technical information such as the pages you visit, how you arrived at the site, and your device or browser type.

We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry, review your project brief, prepare a proposal, and deliver the engagement you have asked us to carry out. We also use it to improve the site and to keep records of the work we do together. We do not sell your personal information.

Essential storage is used to keep the site working and to remember the cookie choice you make. Non-essential cookies and tracking are only set after you accept them through the cookie banner — if you reject, they are not set. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser storage for this site.

Analytics cookies. When you accept, we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. It sets cookies named _ga and _gid, which help distinguish visitors and sessions and expire after up to two years and 24 hours respectively. Google acts as our service provider and processes this data on our behalf. You can opt out of Google Analytics across all websites using Google's opt-out browser add-on, and Google's own privacy policy explains how it handles this data.

Card payments are processed by Stripe. Card numbers and security codes are entered directly with Stripe and never reach CRE8T1V3's servers or database. We retain only a payment reference, the amount and the payment status.

We share payment details only with Stripe, our payment processor, to complete transactions.

We also use service providers for email delivery, website hosting and website analytics (Google), who process information on our behalf. We may disclose information where we are required to do so by law.

We retain application and project information for as long as needed to provide services, and as required by law.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time by emailing mikea@cre8t1v3.com. If you are in the EU/UK or California, you have additional rights under GDPR/CCPA, including the right to request a copy of your data or have it deleted.

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If we learn that a child under 13 has submitted information to us, we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised, and continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
